Using this site
You may browse and use this site freely. You may not use it to do anything unlawful, to interfere with how it works, or to extract its content systematically for reuse elsewhere.
Quotes, reservations and deposits
A figure produced by the quote builder is an estimate, not a binding offer. It is calculated from the options you selected and the rates published at that moment, and it is subject to our confirmation — availability, timings and final details are agreed by reply.
If you reserve a date, you pay a deposit online and settle the balance at the venue on the day. The deposit amount is the one shown to you at the time of booking. Your date is held once that payment clears, not before.
Cancellations. The deposit is fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before your event: cancel inside that window and we return every euro of it, with no questions asked. Cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice and the deposit is not returned — by that point the food is ordered and the staff are booked. If what you need is to move the date rather than cancel it, tell us as early as you can and we will do our best to carry the deposit over to another date.
Refunds are issued to the card the deposit was paid with. We send them within seven days of the cancellation; how long the money then takes to appear on your statement is up to your bank, usually another three to ten working days.
The members’ card, points and credit
The Rockstar Benidorm app gives you a members’ card. It is free, it is personal to you and it cannot be transferred. You need an account in the app to have one, and one account is one card.
Points. Points are counted from what you spend with us: one point for each cent, so a €14.78 round is 1,478 points. We add them up from our own till tickets, from the moment your card is scanned. Points are a record of what you have spent and nothing more — they are not money, they cannot be exchanged for cash, drinks or anything else, and they cannot be given to another person. They do not expire and they do not go down.
Levels. Points move you up the levels shown in the app, at the thresholds the app displays at the time. A level says the same thing the points say and carries no entitlement in itself. If we attach a benefit to a level we will say what it is, and we may change or withdraw it.
Credit. Credit — your saldo — is a different thing, and it is real money to spend at the bar. It is put on your card by us: a gift, a prize, a promotion, or to put something right. You never buy it, and it is never converted from points. It can be spent only at Rockstar Benidorm and only on what we sell; it cannot be exchanged for cash, cannot be moved to another person or another card, and earns nothing. Because it is only ever given by us and only ever spent with us, it is a loyalty credit — not a deposit, not a gift card you have paid for, and not electronic money.
Corrections. If points or credit reach a card through a technical error, or against a ticket that was afterwards cancelled or refunded, we may correct the balance.
Misuse. We may suspend or close a card that is being used fraudulently, or by somebody other than the person it belongs to.
Changes, and ending the programme. We may change how points, levels and credit work, and we may end the programme altogether. If we end it, or make a change that reduces what credit already on your card can do, we will say so in the app at least 30 days beforehand, and any credit you are holding stays spendable throughout those 30 days.
Closing your account. If you delete your account, or ask us to close it, the card stops working and any credit left on it is lost. Credit has no cash value and is not refundable.
Prices and content
We keep prices, menus and event listings as accurate as we can, but they change. Nothing on this site is a binding offer until we confirm it to you directly.
Intellectual property
The text, images, photographs, artwork and design of this site belong to us or are used with permission. Artist names, logos and event artwork belong to their respective owners.
Links to other sites
Where we link out — to ticket sellers, to artists, to our payment provider — we are not responsible for what those sites do or contain.
Liability
We do our best to keep this site available and correct, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for losses arising from its use, except where the law does not allow that limitation.
Governing law
This notice is governed by Spanish law. Any dispute will be heard by the courts of Alicante — unless you are acting as a consumer, in which case the law gives you the courts of your own place of residence.
