How the partnership works
The commercial detail, up front, so you can price a package without asking.
- Rates: special agency pricing, quoted per agency and per event. We send it together with the payment terms, because the two depend on each other.
- Group size: from 6 people, no upper limit.
- Deposit: 100% of the booking, due 48 hours before the event date.
- Lead time: 48 hours minimum.
- Cancellations and amendments: up to 48 hours before the event date.
Packages
The same packages we run for everyone else — there is no separate agency catalogue to learn. Food, drinks and the room, in the combinations your groups already book.
Where agencies differ is in the detail. Take the starters off the BBQ menu and the price comes down; add the karaoke and it goes up. Tell us the shape you want and we price that one.
