Work the loudest room in Benidorm.

Late nights, full rooms, a band on most of them. If that sounds like a good shift rather than a hard one, we should talk.

Roles we hire for

We work all year, so there is usually something moving. Send us your CV whenever — you do not have to wait for a vacancy to be advertised.

  • PR and street team

  • Bar and floor staff

  • Kitchen

  • Maintenance

  • Cleaning

  • Security

  • Events sales agent

What we look for

  • Languages

Spanish and English, both essential, for every role. Any other language counts in your favour.

  • Late-night availability

Tell us what availability you have for night shifts.

  • Right to work in Spain

You need your paperwork in order to work in Spain. No exceptions — we cannot start you without it.

  • Experience

Tell us where you have worked before, and what you actually did there.

What it's like

Honestly: late nights, loud rooms and summers that do not let up. The bar is busy from the moment the doors open, and it stays that way.

The trade is a team that has done this a long time, a room that is genuinely fun to work in, and shifts that go quickly.

  • Contract: full time or part time, with overtime available.
  • Season: we are open all year — this is not high-season-only work.
  • Perks: a genuinely good team to work in, continuous shifts, a discount on food and drink, and your uniform on us.

Cookie preferences

Your call. You can change this any time from the footer.

  • Necessary Always on

Your language, the quote you're building, and the spam check that keeps our forms open — the site doesn't work without them. Plus an anonymous count of visits and of how far each quote gets: no cookies, nothing stored on your device, nothing that identifies you.

  • Analytics

Google Tag Manager and Metricool, which count visits and show us which pages people actually use. They load only if you say yes here — leave this off and neither is ever fetched. No advertising tags either way.
